In renovation, we expect the unexpected. If we encounter a structural or mechanical issue once walls are opened, we issue a formal 'Change Order' that includes the solution, cost impact, and timeline adjustment. Nothing proceeds without your written approval.
Yes. Part of our turnkey service is managing the bureaucracy. We handle the submission of plans and coordinate all required municipal inspections to ensure your project is 100% compliant with Utah building codes.

We stand behind the 'Expertise in Every Detail' promise. JCP Servicing provides a standard one-year warranty on all labor and craftsmanship, in addition to the various manufacturer warranties on the premium materials and mechanical systems we install.
We can work both ways. We have access to professional-grade hardware and units through our suppliers, but we are also happy to install specific high-end fixtures or appliances that you have already selected.
